From Opportunity to Execution
I spent much of my career in sales and business development—finding opportunities, understanding what organizations needed, earning trust, and bringing the right people together to move something forward.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens after the opportunity is created: how a solution gets implemented, how people understand it, how processes become usable, and whether the organization actually adopts what was intended.
That is the natural progression behind my focus on implementation, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.

Selected Evidence
Enterprise Standardization & Vendor Coordination
At Concentra Health Centers, supported approximately $10 million in capital-equipment sales, built current-state and financial comparison models, and coordinated vendors across multiple markets.
Corporate Training & Onboarding
At Tom Thumb / Randalls, supported Austin-region hiring and new-hire orientation, led group and auditorium-format training, communicated company policies, procedures, expectations, and standards, and connected employees with appropriate training and resources.
Multi-Site Operations & Organizational Improvement
Supported operations involving approximately 40–50 employees per location across Pacific Table Southlake and Las Colinas/Irving, managed two locations, and designed and proposed Far Out Training alongside the Operational Health Index concept.
Current Focus
Full-time corporate roles in implementation, client onboarding, client adoption, stakeholder engagement, organizational change, learning and development, and client operations.
