Each and every wedding that I photograph, makes me feel more connected to that universal desire to want to share a life. Weddings are the ceremony for the people who want to commemorate the day their worlds officially join as one. When I’m asked to photograph weddings, I feel so honored to have been given an opportunity to be a part of their union. This day is going to be replayed and reviewed through the years and the pictures are such a crucial element to the emotional attachement–I always put my heart and soul into these sessions. These two beautiful people shared their love on a Saturday in March, and I am thankful to have been chosen as the photographer for their celebration.

It was a lovely night in Dallas for a wedding at the Adolphus Hotel. This couple had one of the most touching first dances I’ve ever seen. Their family was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the love was flowing. This was the last wedding of the year for me and I am thankful to have been chosen as their photographer. Alison and Michael were married this summer. I was blessed enough to have taken pictures of their wedding and they needed some bridal portraits to celebrate their union. This shoot was made possible from the love and support of Sync Yoga Studio, Taboo Tattoo Studio, and Dirt Floral Design. Pictures that come out as like this are never a one man show.

This is not only the second time I have photographed a Chris and Sara, but this is the second sister of a warm, generous, and loving family who needed my services. As a wedding photographer in Dallas you meet lots of awesome couples who are in love and want someone to capture their memories but to feel a part of their family is a rare thing. The wedding season always bears such beautiful abundance and it’s been my greatest of pleasures to be a part of so many ceremonies where two loves join as one. Michael and Alison had a gorgeous ceremony at the Highland Park Methodist Church and had their awesome reception at Texas Discovery Gardens. The bride is a brilliant designer and designed and made the gorgeous decorations for this special event. Their friends and family treated me as one of their own and for that I’m forever thankful.
