My Family | Dallas Special Event Photographer
This has been a great year for SKP. I have met some amazing individuals who inspire me daily and I learned a lot about photography (mostly from mistakes). I have titled this post as a “Special Event” because I recently travelled to Brownsville, Texas to have Christmas with my family. All the 11 children from my grandmother, Raquel Trevino, assembled as a surprise and I am thankful to have been there to provide photographic evidence. Only a fourth of our family was able to come but the ones who were there reminded me how lucky and blessed I am to have been born into this group of folks. If you are a family member you can see and download any of the photos from the event HERE. (the password will be dispersed to all the aunts and uncles). I have done some challenging shoots in my time, but trying to round up a group that has heard all your “bulsh” since the day you were born required lots of love and patience–with me! Thank you to all who have supported me throughout this year and to my family who has always shown me the way to success. I have to give lots of love to Bob Munro and his creative genius. His art has been a huge inspiration for me and I hope you find his work as an essential piece for your own art collection. Namaste my friends, another year is upon us and we’re doing just fine. Below are a few favorites from my recent holiday trip…
